This cute story about two brothers who don’t want to go to the library is funny and interesting.Spud means the potato that gets shot at kids who can’t follow Library rules. Guess who rules the Library? A librarian named “Spud” Murphy. We don’t find out her real name until the very end, after one of the boys shows that he is ready to get an Adult Library card.The boys do have some fun in the library, even though they get caught misbehaving by Spud Murphy. Some of the funniest parts of the story are when the boys do get caught!

I liked the book spud murphy because the library women sounded very scary to me and when the two boys go to the library they discover that the library is very fun and then they read alot of books and get a lot of books to borrow and that’s the sofar and i whould defenetly reccomend this book.

This is a good book because I almost have the same live ‘cuse I have one big sister and a little brother I know how annoying a little brother can be.
